What does Tiba Tech do?

In a nutshell, I would summarize it like this: We advise our customers on finding the right project management software and, if desired, can also take over the implementation. Often, these are large corporations whose requirements cannot always be met out-of-the-box. But also many medium-sized companies and start-ups belong to our customer base. We have been active in this field for over 25 years, so we have been able to build up a lot of expertise in this area over the years.

Why did you become a cplace partner? How has the partnership changed and developed over the last few years?

We are proud to say that we have been a cplace partner from the very beginning. When Dr. Rupert Stuffer founded collaboration Factory in March 2014, there was already a very close contact with Martin Rudolph, one of our two managing directors. We found the idea behind cplace super interesting right from the start. In particular, the approach of building an app-based platform was something totally new at that time – there simply wasn’t anything like it yet. Over the last few years, the collaboration has intensified. cplace has been very well received on the market, so we are getting more and more implementation orders. Since the PPM environment is very dynamic and the requirements are constantly changing, exciting projects regularly arise. We particularly appreciate the fact that it is a partnership of equals, in which both sides learn from each other and always have an open ear for each other.

You are independent of manufacturers… what do you think makes cplace special?

Basically, we work with different providers of project management software. For us, it is very important that we can always recommend to our customers exactly the solution that fits best to the specific requirements of the company.

Compared to other providers, cplace offers several advantages. One is the particularly high and fast scalability. Even customers whose maturity level in project management may not yet be so advanced can start with the cplace basics, such as the Digital Board or Collaborative Scheduling. The software then simply grows with the company’s requirements.

In addition, cplace offers a very user-friendly and intuitive interface, which simplifies familiarization with the platform. A very important issue when introducing a new software solution is user acceptance. If this is not the case, many implementation projects fail before they really get started. This acceptance is absolutely given with cplace.

The ability to offer specific industry solutions makes cplace a good choice for companies in industries such as automotive, aviation and transportation. Last but not least, the platform offers reliable and fast performance, as well as a high level of data security and data protection.

What’s next? How will the PPM market develop in the future and how are you positioning yourselves in this respect?

That’s an exciting question. Of course, we don’t have a crystal ball to see into the future either. Nevertheless, we try to anticipate as many trends as possible and regularly look at how existing software solutions are changing or what new tools are coming onto the market. In many companies, digitization and automation are at the top of the strategic agenda. This requires tools with which projects can be efficiently and successfully planned, executed and monitored.

The integration of artificial intelligence and machine learning will make it possible in the future to make even more precise predictions and automated decisions. This will simplify resource planning and risk management, for example.

Tools are also expected to become even more user-friendly and intuitive to ensure greater adoption and faster familiarization with the work process. Real-time collaboration capabilities and the integration of virtual workspaces and teams will also continue to grow to enable effective collaboration across locations and time zones.
