The Classroom Training is your way to become a project scheduler in cplace. Here you will learn how to implement complex scheduling with cplace and always keep an overview in the Gantt chart. Using complex case studies, you will take a deeper look at the practical application of cplace Collaborative Scheduling.

Requirements and preparation
- MS-Office including MS Teams
- Browser of your choice
- Recommendation: second screen, external mouse
- Completed eLearning Collaborative Scheduling
Structure
- eLearning to prepare for the training including training environment (mandatory)
- Four hours of classroom training
- One hour Q&A one to two weeks after training
- Free use of the training environment for three months
Training Content
- Application of the skills acquired in the eLearning in the context of a concrete use case for scheduling
- Working on a complex, realistic case study
- Collaboration in working groups
- Analyzing requirements and independent implementation in cplace
- Methodical implementation of scheduling
