With Copilot for Dynamics 365 Project Operations and the Planner Agent, Microsoft offers two AI-supported entry points into PPM. Copilot generates project plans from natural-language descriptions, assesses risks based on schedule, budget, and resources, and creates automated status reports. The Planner Agent independently handles assigned tasks and answers questions about project status directly in the chat.
