January

The year kicks off with fantastic news. We announce a strategic growth investment from Level Equity. This funding allows us to further expand our innovative capabilities and drive our expansion plans—ideal conditions for a successful year!

Additionally, we are excited to receive an award right at the start of the year: for the fourth consecutive time, we receive the “Top Company” seal from the rating platform kununu. This is a wonderful affirmation of our corporate culture and work environment. 

February & March

The first external event of the year is approaching. Together with our partner Le Bihan Consulting, we participate for the first time in the “Passion for Projects Congress 2025” in Sweden. At Scandinavia’s largest project management event, we connect with the Nordic PPM community and discuss current trends and topics.

Internally, the year starts to gain momentum as well: At our annual Company Kickoff, the entire cplace team comes together in Munich to reflect on the past year, discuss ideas, and define ambitious goals for 2025.

How can AI support project management? We explore this question in our Citizen AI Webinar, providing participants with insights into the diverse applications of cplace Citizen AI.

This year, we are once again participating in one of the world’s most important industrial trade fairs: at the Hannover Messe, our founder and CEO, Dr. Rupert Stuffer shares insights on AI in project management and how cplace Citizen AI supports companies.

And the next event is just around the corner. Together with our partner Dataciders GmbH, we are represented at the Pharma PPM Toolbox Conference in Basel. There, we exchange ideas with key representatives from the pharmaceutical industry and gather essential industry-specific insights.

What would cplace be without its community? High above the clouds of Munich at the Highlight Towers, our annual Partner Insights brought together over 20 partner companies. In addition to presenting product updates and use cases, the focus is mainly on personal exchange and building genuine connections.

Off to Copenhagen! June begins with the Biopharma PPM Summit, an event that highlights the importance of professional and effective PPM in the biopharma sector.

Staying in the pharmaceutical domain: The 4th cplace Pharma Circle, held at the new Roche pRED Center in Basel, focuses on the latest changes and challenges in the industry. A highlight: the guided tour through the exhibition on Roche’s history and architecture!

July & August

Social engagement is important to us. For the eighth consecutive year, we participate in the Social Day in Munich. Fourteen members of our #bestteam volunteer for a day to beautify the Hanns-Seidel-Platz in Munich. What we are particularly happy about: Shortly before, an article in the magazine of the renowned weekly newspaper “Die ZEIT” (German page 12 ff) appeared, mentioning our social commitment.

On your marks, get set… and off we go at B2Run 2025. This year, once again, two cplace teams are participating in the company run. Our runners from Hanover complete their laps around the Maschsee, while the Munich team gives its best in the Olympic Park. For us, the B2Run represents unity, fun, and mutual support.

The weather could have been a bit better, but even occasional rain showers didn’t dampen the good mood at our cplace summer party at the Karlsfelder See. During an entertaining music workshop and a human football game, our #bestteam showcased their musical and athletic skills. What a fun day full of great conversations and team spirit! 

September

“Cool down project ”stress”—with this invitation, we are attracting visitors to the ice cream stand we are operating together with our partner Le Bihan Consulting at the RÜ.NET Koblenz. With some delicious scoops of ice cream and engaging conversations about new PPM approaches, we present cplace as a flexible and innovative platform to the defense industry.

At the same time, a large part of our team is deeply involved in preparations for the cplace Day, Europe’s largest project and portfolio management conference. Just one month to go—the countdown is on!

Fall time means Wiesn time! First, we welcome more than 20 of our partners to the Oktoberfest at the Festhalle Schottenhamel. At our company Wiesn event, we toast with our employees at the Paulaner Festzelt. Cheers! 

October

Our busiest month of the year begins—and there’s news from the executive level: Our management team is expanded with Henning Bruestle as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Welcome aboard!

At the same time, we are on the move: The Human-Centric Innovation Annual Conference in Helsinki celebrates its 20th anniversary and brings industry experts together to discuss the future of project management.

From Finland, we head directly to the BeNeLux Summit 2025 in Maastricht. The congress primarily focuses on how AI can be implemented most effectively in project management.

The wait is almost over: on the eve of the cplace Day, our Pharma and Automotive Circles take place in Munich. These two exclusive events provide industry representatives with the opportunity to exchange ideas in smaller groups. The discussions predominantly revolve around challenges and development opportunities in the PPM field, as well as the use of artificial intelligence.

It’s Showtime! After months of preparation, the cplace Day 2025 kicks off on October 23 in Munich—our personal highlight of the year! More than 1,300 international participants are present both in person and via online livestream. This year, we have a new location: The Bergson Kunstkraftwerk Munich offers the ideal backdrop for an exciting day with our community! 

The cplace Day impresses with its venue, serving as a platform for networking and exchanging ideas with like-minded individuals, as well as its program: leading companies like Hitachi Rail, Bayer AG, BMW Group, and Roche provide insights into their PPM processes and demonstrate how they successfully utilize cplace. In our product keynote, we present the opportunities arising from the integration of artificial intelligence in PPM and how the cplace Excel Sweeper absorbs Excel content and transfers it into cplace. Selected recordings of the presentations and materials are available online. 

We thank all guests, partners, speakers, and employees for their enthusiasm and dedication, and we look forward to cplace Day 2026.
