Sweden Premiere: cplace at the Passion for Projects Congress 2025

Passion for Projects 2025

Gothenburg, March 11, 2025 – For the first time, cplace participated as an exhibitor at the Passion for Projects Congress in Gothenburg, Scandinavia’s leading trade fair for project and portfolio management. The event, organized by the Project Management Institute Sweden, brought together more than 300 industry experts at Svenska Mässan, the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre, on March 10 and 11.

Together with its partner Le Bihan Consulting, cplace presented innovative solutions in the field of project and portfolio management (PPM). There was particular interest in cplace’s flexible platform approach, which enables companies to adapt processes and respond to change in an agile manner.

A central topic of the congress was the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in project management. Participants discussed the opportunities and challenges of this technology. One finding stood out: 84 to 86 percent of European companies are not using AI in project management, leaving a lot of potential untapped. This is due to a lack of a clear strategy and concrete use cases for how AI can bring benefits to projects.

“Passion for Projects was a great opportunity to present our solution to the Scandinavian market. Our ‘Tool Follows Process’ approach combined with a strong UI/UX met with a particularly positive response. Many companies are looking for solutions that can be flexibly adapted to their processes – and that’s exactly what cplace offers”, summarizes Julian Zaune, Sales Executive at cplace. In addition to exciting technical discussions, the event also offered many networking opportunities. In a relaxed atmosphere, experts exchanged views on market trends, best practices and the future of PPM.

By participating in the Passion for Projects Congress, cplace is setting another milestone on its internationalization path. The Scandinavian market is very open to innovative PPM approaches and confirms the growing demand for flexible, scalable solutions. The discussions on site have enabled cplace to develop a better feel for the specific requirements and trends in the region. At the same time, the company continues to expand its international network and plans to establish a presence in other strategically important markets in the future.
