cplace Is Rated “Top Company 2023”

Munich, January 11th, 2023 – collaboration Factory can be pleased about another award. The Munich-based manufacturer of the project management software cplace received the “Top Company 2023” seal from the employer rating platform kununu. 

Only around five percent of employer profiles have been awarded the “Top Company” seal and the profile of collaboration Factory AG is one of them. kununu has been presenting the award annually since 2015 to employers who have been rated particularly well on the platform by applicants and employees.

At collaboration Factory, which was founded in 2014 and now has more than 170 employees, the corporate values of “Appreciation”, “Commitment & Transparency”, “Innovation & Sustainability”, “Just do it” and “We are Team Players” guide the recruitment process. The Scale-Up wants to promote a culture in which the company values are actually lived, determine actions and all employees work in the role in which they can best use their individual strengths.
