cplace named “Top Company” for the third time

Munich, January 16, 2024 – collaboration Factory has been named a ‘Top Company’ for the third time in a row. To receive the seal, employers must meet specified criteria in terms of the quality and quantity of reviews.  

The employer rating platform kununu has named collaboration Factory a Top Company 2024. This is based on independent employee reviews on the platform. The manufacturer of the cplace software platform is therefore one of the companies with the best working environment in Germany. 

To qualify for the seal, a company must fulfill the following criteria:   

• At least seven reviews from employees since the profile was created. Reviews from applicants are not counted.   
• A score of at least 3.8 stars (out of a maximum of 5 possible), both overall and for employee reviews.   
• In the past twelve months, the employee rating score must be at least 3.8 stars.   
• At least two new ratings in the last twelve months. An updated rating also counts as a new rating. 

After 2023, collaboration Factory has now also received the award for 2024. Only just under five percent of all companies are recognized as a Top Company every year. A study conducted by the market research company YouGov in 2022 found that the seal is considered relevant or highly relevant for 45% of all talents when choosing a job.
