And the benefit, in turn, is closely linked to flexibility: <strong>a system must adapt to people&#8217;s requirements<\/strong>, not people to the software! When project staff experience the added value of their data maintenance firsthand\u2014through better decisions, automated routine tasks, or faster analyses\u2014they will actively use the system.
