There, the <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2Themed SCXW242235824 BCX4\">cplace<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW242235824 BCX4\"> team transformed Hanns-Seidel-Platz into a place for meeting and exchanging ideas by building and decorating seating furniture as well as creating and planting new raised beds. The results were <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW242235824 BCX4\">immediately<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW242235824 BCX4\"> visible and tangible, making for an experience that regularly inspires enthusiasm. \u201cAfter a day like this, everyone is truly happy, because you can immediately see what you can achieve together,\u201d is how one participant described the mood Culture<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">What makes cplace\u2019s commitment special: The Social Day has long been firmly anchored in the company culture. Year after year, many employees, including those who have taken part in previous activities, support the wide range of projects. The organization and selection of the software company\u2019s volunteer activities is managed by Anke Spichale, Head of People \u2013 Operations &amp; Infrastructure. Her focus: activities that directly reflect the culture of cplace.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201cI intentionally choose projects that represent our values: appreciation, sustainability, teamwork, and a \u2018Just do it\u2019 mentality are at the forefront,\u201d explains Spichale. \u201cWe tackle things together, as equals, and especially in more challenging times, we make a point of engaging in social commitment.\u201d These experiences not only strengthen team spirit, but also offer everyone an opportunity to get actively involved.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201cOur culture is very important to us \u2013 this is clear, for example, in the way we foster cohesion and appreciation across all levels,\u201d says Spichale.
