Your tasks

  • As a Technical Account Manager and Trusted Advisor, you will have a direct impact on ensuring that our customers gain the most value from our cplace cloud or cplace on-premises solutions.
  • This includes developing and implementing strategies to drive implementation and usage of our cplace offering with large enterprise customers.
  • You will support projects from RFP to implementation from an operations management perspective. Meanwhile, you will ensure quality in ongoing operations and initiate optimization measures.
  • You will also participate in RFQs, RFPs and Renewal Conversations, representing the Operations and Support department.
  • You will skillfully use your technical understanding and strong customer focus to drive communication on incidents, trade-offs, improvements and risk management in a goal-oriented manner.
  • Likewise, your responsibilities include providing detailed reports on operational incidents, metrics, and go-live planning.
  • You will also assist in developing customer competencies through workshops, brown-bag sessions, etc..

What we expect

  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related technical field.
  • You have also gained experience as a Technical Account Manager or in a similar role e.g. Support Account Manager, Technical Consultant, PreSales Engineer, Software Solutions, Technical Customer Support Manager etc.
  • You have a deep understanding of software operations and their parameters and are able to communicate technically complex topics from the end-user to the IT department in a target group oriented way.
  • You have already gained project experience in operating web-based production environments in a public cloud - experience with cloud platform offerings such as AWS, Azure, GCP are a plus.
  • Ideally, you also have a basic understanding of DevOps methodologies and tools, including CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code.
  • We count on your business fluent German and English skills.
