Low-code development refers to programming using graphical modeling techniques rather than classical programming techniques.
Forrester Research coined the term ‘Low-code’ in 2014 and described it as development platforms that “enable rapid delivery of business applications with a minimum of hand-coding and minimal upfront investment in setup, training and deployment.”
